Terrific customer service. One of the best things about Fiction Addiction is the excellant customer service. The owner, who is there most days, is always very helpful in suggesting new authors. She remembers better than I do sometime what I have already read.

Good selection... bad customer service. I have shopped at the Fiction Addiction twice and was satisfied with the book selection but not with the customer service. The clerk was very flip and acted as if she didn't want to help. I did find the book I wanted but I wouldn't…
