Negative Floral Experience

We had a very bad experience with this florist today. We spent around $100 to purchase an arrangement for my mother's birthday, and were disappointed not only in the look and quality of the arrangement but also the unprofessionalism of the staff. We were treated very disrespectfully by staff for simply questioning the make-up of the arrangement. The quality of the flowers used was poor, and the arrangement lacked taste. We saved up a lot of money to purchase beautiful flowers for our mom, and ended up having a very negative experience. I do not recommend this florist.
