This place is fine if you like dealing with jerks who treat you like an idiot, order the wrong part which you tell them won't fit, and then try to charge you a restocking fee when you bring the part back.

If you don't like that type of hassle, try G&E Appliance parts don't the street.

Good Business. We were having problems with our washing machine so my husband called to see how much it would cost to have someone come out to look at it. There is a fee, but if they fix the problem, the service fee is free. The guy on the phone was really nice. My husband made an appointment. They were right on time, and called 30 mintues before they were schedule to be there. The repairman diagnosed the problem, called to see if the part was in stock. It was! He had to go get it, but he came back in 45 minutes which is what he said he was going to do. I think they have fast, friendly reliable service. I think the cost was reasonable. I would do business with them again.
