Finally Found an Excellent Hair Stylist!. I moved to SC two years ago from the West Coast and I had to try four different salons beforeI found Avalon Hair Studio. At first it threw me when I pulled up and the salon was in a house on Main St. in Simpsonville, but when I walked in I received a very warm and friendly welcome from three very nice hairstylists. My stylist Debbie took me back to her station which was in one of the bedrooms set up in a beach theme which was cool. I walked in feeling drab with a hairstyle that didn't blend well making it hard to style every morning and spending extra time that I didn't have. Well Debbie changed that, she gave me an excellent cut with style, volume, bounce and a lot of movement! The next day I dryed my hair upside down and did not even use a brush to style, and when I was finished drying it, I had a style like you wouldn't believe. Now that is an excellent cut. I am so happy with my hair!!! I will also mention she is a perfectionist and double checked her work even though she has been cutting hair for thirty-two years! Needless to say I highly recommend Debbie at Avalon. I am sure the other stylists are also fabulous. There was only one down side which may not even be a down side. She did not ask me how I like to wear my bangs but the way she cut them was exactly how I like them cut, side bangs, so I lucked out. It's very possible that she observed how I was already wearing them when I walked in so didn't feel the need to ask me before trimming them. Also, when I made the appt. I didn't ask how much she charged because when it comes to my hair it doesn't matter so when it came time to pay and she said the price was $30 my jaw just dropped!! I have been paying somewhere between $45 and $75! To only charge $30 was a nice shock, that just topped the great experience I had with Debbie at Avalon Salon.

Super Service and Great Prices!. My Fiance' went to Avalon Hair (Super) Studios today for her first vist. She had her hair colored and a trim to her long and growing longer (I hope) hair. She was totally pleased with the fantastic job done (she is very particular about this part of her slender body) . Debbie did a fantastic job and the prices were the best in the Greenville area. I saved money and made my better half happier than a young man in a barrel of boobies.

Best service and knowledge of hair I have seen anywhere!. My hair cut was done exactly as I asked for it to be done, no more no less. I have searched every where for somebody to listen to me, and now I have found it!!!

Best customer service anywhere!. I booked an appointment with Debbie on a recommendation from City Search reviews and I am so glad I did!

It is not very easy moving across the country and not knowing anyone. I recently married and found myself away from all family and friends.

Aside from doing the best color and cut I have ever had on my head, she gave me her home and cell phone number in case I got lost and needed anything. I now have an "adopted" mother to call on!

For great hair and a great relationship, give her a try!!!!

The best hair cut I have ever had !!!. I have never been happy going to a female stylist before today! I got the best haircut I have ever had in my life!

The staff is friendly and the shop is neat and clean. Each stylist is in a separate room, not lined up at a counter top! Very personable!!!

The most friendly and comfortable salon I have ever been in!!!. I felt very comfortable the minute I met Debbie. She put all my worries at ease while asking me questions about my lifestyle and what I wanted my hair to do. Instead of asking me to pick out a picture of a cut I wanted, she suggested to me what she felt would be good for me and it turned out great!!

We had so much fun that I did not want to leave when my appointment was over! I now have a new stylist and friend!

Thank you City Search for making my moving transition so much easier by finding the best ever!!

The Best EVER!!!!. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a salon anywhere! Never have I been treated so well. The experience speaks for itself! I was not asked how I wanted my hair cut, but a suggestion was made as to how it should be cut and she was so very right! The cut fits my life style and my face as well as my hair type! I just shake my head to style my hair !!!

I will definitely go back again and again!!! Debbie is the best bet ever!!!!

Just moved from N.C. looking for a salon. I have just moved from N.C. and was very nervous about finding a new stylist with good color skills. I found Avalon on this site and then visited the Avalon site. I decided to give them a try.

Debbie, the owner, was wonderful! My color has never looked as good as it does now! The style is very easy to fix and saves me a lot of time!

The salon is very relaxing and peaceful! Great on pricing too!
