Cutest Store!. LOVEEEE this store! I just moved to Greenville from Virginia and have never seen a store as fun and girly as Pink Azalea! Usually, you have to go to several stores to find several cutesy things, but they have EVERYTHING you could think of right in their one store. They even monogrammed 2 things while I waited. The 3 girls working were so friendly and did a beautful job wrapping the gifts I purchased! I have already told all my friends back in virginia about their website and they can't wait to shop there when they come to visit Greenville!
Awesome Monogram and Girly Store!!!!. A store EVERYONE must visit! Unique gifts for sure and surely items I've never seen before! I travel a lot and shop in nearly every town I visit! Pink Azalea is truly a staple gift store for downtown Greenville. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff could not have been more friendly, they even gift wrapped all the items I purchased free of charge! Can't wait to visit Pink Azalea again. Wonderful Corporate Gifts. I recently picked up my engraved platters your store engraved for my companies corporate Christmas gifts! My New Favorite Store!!!. I visited your store this past weekend when I was in town for a conference! Y'all monogrammed 6 of those childrens chairs in ONE day... I couldn't believe how fast you could personalize them!!! I live in Virginia and have never been in a store that carried all of the cutesy, personalized things all in one place! I LOVED everything in your store and will surely be making a trip back next time I'm in Greenville! Your staff was so welcoming and friendly. I'd love for y'all to open another store here in Richmond, VA!!!
I LOVE your store. Thanks sooooo much for the wonderful service and gifts I purchased from your store. Y'all have so many unique gifts that I've never seen anywhere else. All of my bridesmaids LOVED their gifts and I appreciate you monogramming everything in only 2 days. I dont know anywhere that will monogram 15 bags in only 2 days. Have to respectfully disagree. I have found the staff at Pink Azalea to be MOST helpful every time I'm there...and I'm there a LOT. I love the charm of the store and the products.....you simply can't get that sort of experience at chain stores. Maybe some of you who have had bad experiences should try again. It could be that speaking first would prompt conversation. As a consumer I'm not saying you should HAVE to....but psychology 101 states that whatever you put out, you get back! I'd urge you to make another visit.....Just my opinion!
Worst Service in Greenville. I made a last minute run to get something for a co-worker's birthday here. The girl at the counter never said a word to me from the time I entered the store until the time I left the store-- other to tell me the price. Never a thank you, never a hello-- and I was the only person in the store. You could go to Kohl's and find the same stuff they carry here-- and get better service.
Cutest store in the South!!!. this is the best store for any gift giving ocassion!! Maybe the other two below were just poor customers who expect way to much. From personal experience, the owner bent over backwards for me when I needed a last min. monogram gift. I always love going to the store and seeing what is new!!
WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!.
This place does not even deserve one star. I think their customer service is non-existent and the ladies who work here are too worried about what parties they may be going to as opposed to helping customers.
Their prices are high and their merchandise is nothing novel unless you are a sorority girl.
BUYERS BEWARE. BUYERS BEWARE. BUYERS BEWARE. BUYERS BEWARE. BUYERS BEWARE.. Pink Azalea does not stand up to boutique standards. I bought an item which was personalized. When it was sent to me OVER SIX WEEKS LATER, my order was incomplete. I spoke with the owner personally and the only resolution which was offered was that I PAY for the part which was not included and I was required to PAY AGAIN for shipping.
