Hello I had made an appt. with Modonna for 2pm I arrived promptly. I greeded the receptionist with my name and who I was to see. She nodded her head to acknowledge she had me down. I set for 26 minutes. No one said the hairdresser is running late nor anything else! I left. from what I read now you have a real PR problem. I would think you might what to talk to the receptionist. I came from Greer on the advice of my DIL. who has her hair done by Modonna.

WAY OVERPRICED AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!. This salon will rob you blind if you are new!

I took my little sister there for the first time today. She got her hair washed, cut, and dried. I am from Columbia and I am used to very upscale salons, whereas Elizabeth and Co is cute but definitely not upscale.

I waited for my sister and sat in a chair near the cash register. I was there for about an hour and every girl I saw while I was waiting was charged $30. So I was very surprised when I went to ring up my sister's cut and the price ended up being $48!!

Usually salons give their first-time customers low prices, but they completely TOOK ADVANTAGE of our business. I WILL NOT be returning.

I was overcharged!. I went in there for the first time and was greeted by a beat up looking woman, I seriously think she should've stayed home but whatev. When I called they told me a price that I found was reasonable so I went in, DIDN'T get my hair washed, only got a TRIM and my hair blowdried and I was charged $40?? She didn't do anything to my hair! I believe I was ripped off. I will never come here again and I hope that they learn not to rip off their customers.
