A couple years ago my mother and I had the worst experience ever, however the new owner John and his partner (didn't catch his name) contacted me in hopes of rectifying the situation. I went to the salon on a Saturday and was instantly greeted wonderfully by the owner and asked if I needed anything to drink and showed me to the seating area. He talked with me for a little bit until my stylist Ashley was ready for me. She took me right on time as scheduled. She listened attentively as I described the style I wanted for my hair. She gave me her suggestions on the exact coloring that would look best (to tweak it...cuz not everything looks good on everyone). She was extremely professional in her technique and ability. She was also so personable and easy to talk and cut up with. John ( one of the owners) was constantly walking around checking on his clients to make sure they were comfortable and happy which impressed me alot. I was extremely happy with my end results from Ashley and the salon as a whole. And apparently they are moving from upstairs to downstairs and redoing the whole salon. I most definetly will be returning to this salon and stylist! Cant wait to see the new salon! I will be telling everyone i know to go to Studio 7!
Ask for MARLEEN! She is the best!. I am extremely picky and I don't mind paying for great service. When I take out the time to go get my hair done, I want it to be a relaxing experience. I was not at all dissapointed when I went to Studio7 and seen Marleen. She is awesome and loves what she does. She is very up-to-date on new styles and products! I will return every 5 weeks for sure!
Worst cut I've ever had. I hate it the cut. Was a waste of time. Go someplace else!
Very pleased!.
Location is near downtown, but unlike most downtown locations, actually has decent parking! I am one of those people that avoid haircuts because I don't have all morning to style it after I get an over-the-top high-maintenance-do! I told the stylist what I needed - alot of inches off with some shape for easy styling. She did a great, thorough job and I am very pleased. She was creative while still giving me a style that fit me (that I could pull off!). I won't be avoiding haircuts as much anymore!
Thanks Jessica!
Great Hair, Service, and Products!. I moved to Greenville two years ago from NYC and have been trying to find a salon and stylist ever since. A firend of mine recently told me about Joshua at Studio 7 and I am so pleased with the cut, service he and the salon provided and the Kevin Murphy product line they used. It's about time Greenville gets a salon that provides "big city" services and products!
Worst Haircut Ever!!!. I had my haircut by a girl at studio 7. Don't go there!!! I had to have my hair recut.....it was 2 inches longer on one side and there were long chunks of hair she never even cut. I also asked for 1-2 inches off....She cut 5-6. She also cut my daughters hair (it was right before school started ). I had to have hers cut again b/c she gapped it up. My little girl wanted long hair and had to have it cut up to her chin to fix it!!!! She was absolutely upset! I was too....that was a mortifying experience. I think the owner of the facility needs to have their haircut by their employees before they cut on any of the customers!!!!
