Surprised to see the previous post as certainly has not been my experience. i have been seeing Helena for a couple of years on a monthly basis. She is excellent at what she does, knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about her clients. She is a sole proprietor and you may have to wait a little for an opening but I don't mind in order to get the best

Not worth the $. I purchased a Living Social voucher for a 60 minute facial. I called about 20 times to make an appointment. Finally I got a call back, to my dismay the next time available was almost 2 months in the future! I tried to get a refund, but it was against living social's policy so I made the appointment to a very rude person over the phone. On the day of my appt, as soon as I got there, the woman was rude. I would estimate I had less than 30 mins of facial time, since she left the room for about 10 mins halfway through, also she subtracted 14 mins for me to remove and put my shirt back on, and much time was spent with her messing with various bottles etc. When she was done I looked at the time only 45 mins had passed, I asked why, very rudely she informed me of her 14 min rule. I told her to take the 15mins from her tip, stopping me at the door, she got in my face and had some choice words, I pointed out her facial was nothing special, certainly not worth $75 nor was it worth the 15% tip her sign stated was derserved for services provided. WORST SERVICE EVER!
