Mauldin >Premier Family Medicine
Medical Attention Always Available When Needed. I moved to the Greenville area and was in need of a doctor, so after a few recommendations I checked out Premier Family Medicine. I've been at the practice a little less than a year and am fairly pleased with the health care I've received. The main doctor that I see is Dr. Heather Brannon. However, I have seen other's in the practice. All my interactions with the doctors and nurses have been positive. The front office staff leaves much to be desired though. They are not very friendly and sometimes border on being rude. Also some of the rates seem higher compared to other area doctor's offices; however, being able to get an appointment with ease makes the slightly higher rates worth it. I just wish the front office workers would thaw out a bit and make the experience a tad cheerier. When you're not feeling well a friendly face can make all the difference sometimes.
Stay Away. This doctor is an idiot! I told him I had allergies and he didn't even look in my nose or my ears. Then, to make matters worse he told my insurance that I had heart problems because he read my paper work incorrectly. I said my family had a history of heart problems and I was concerned about my own heart. Now my insurance will not cover any of my medical care and his staff is too ignorant to fix the paper work problem and diagnosis codes. Worst of all I had NO heart problem and I am in perfect health. He ruined my premiums and destroyed my medical history!! Stay away from this doctor that should have stayed in sports medicine and not gone into primary care. He has no idea what he is doing!! He will ruin your insurance claims and will not help you fix it!!
