WORST admin and billing department.. Before having a very minor procedure at my local eye Dr. office, I experienced 2 big errors, double booked my appointment, then called incorrect insurance carrier. Once I had arrived to have procedure done, the pre-cert my insurance required took their person over an hour to obtain, had procedure, paid copay as they directed. My insurance charged higher copay for the type of procedure, instead of billing to my address on all my paperwork they had an incorrect city, never called regarding the returned mail, and sent to collections for an item I never received. I will NEVER use this practice again unless they hire more competent people in their office.
