Hit or Miss, Apparently. I love supporting local businesses, but I'd be cautious with Cochran's if you're in need of jewelry repair or custom orders. I purchased my husband's wedding band at Cochran's, and everything was fine, as it was catalog ordered. However, the experience with my rings was quite the opposite, as the jeweler messed up quite a few times before actually getting it right. HOWEVER, I know that they recently switched jewelers-- I wouldn't be surprised if the other guy was "let go." I have nothing but good things to say about the salespeople but it seems like the jewelers they have come and go.. so I would recommend speaking with both the jeweler AND the salespeople if you are looking to purchase. Hopefully the new guy is more reliable and reputable!
