Awful Experience. This was the worst "Spa" experience I've ever had! They placed me and my guest in a room together for the massage which was nice, but the lady who did my massage was a smoker and I smelled it all over my body. I smelled like a lotion ashtray for the entire spa day. The so called Mini Facial....that was a waste of money and time. As for the Mini Pedi....your gonna charge me $25 for what? Basically a posih change. My last service was a wash and style....that was even a bigger waste of money. The photos on the site are misleading, this salon isn't nice, the staff isn't professional nor is their appearance what I'm after if I'm going to a salon. This is something I would never consider again, even if the service was FREE! Read reviews....believe reviews....save yourself some time and money!

CLUELESS. WHEN ME AND MY GUEST ARRIVED THEY SEEMED A LITTLE CONFUSSED AS TO WHAT SERVICE WE WERE TO RECEIVE BUT THEY QUICKLY GOT US ON OUR WAY SO THAT WASENT A BIG DEAL.WE HAD OUR MASSAGE AND WE WERE SUPPOSE TO KEEP OUR ROBES ON BUT THEY DIDNT TELL US THAT CAUSE ONCE AGAIN -THEY SEEMED CONFUSSED.WE GOT OUR FACIAL AND THEN MY GUEST GOT HER MANICURE & PEDICURE WHILE I WAITED CAUSE THEY HAD NOONE WORKING THAT COULD GIVE ME A MANICURE(BUT NO BIG DEAL) THEN AFTER MY GUEST WAS DONE WITH THE MANICURE & PEDICURE SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A SHAMPOO AND BLOW DRY BUT DID NOT.. .SO THEN THEY SHOULDNT HAVE CHARGED $220.OO BUT THE GIRL DID AND I ASKED WHY AND SHE SAID CAUSE IT WASENT PUT DOWN AS A PACKAGE AND THAT THE HAIR WAS COMPLIMENTARY??? ON THE PACKAGE PRICING IT DOSENT SAY ANYWHERE ABOUT THAT BEING COMPLIMENTARY AND IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN I SHOULD HAVE HAD MINE COMPLIMENTARY TOO!! THE RECEPTIONIST KEPT TELLING ME I DIDNT HAVE A PACKAGE FOR MY GUEST WHEN REALLY I DID CAUSE SHE ALREADY HAD EVERYTHING DONE THAT WAS IN THE PACKAGE EXCEPT FOR THE HAIR PART. THE HAIR WASENT NO BIG DEAL TO US BUT WHEN YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING AND THEN THE RECEPTIONIST CALLS YOU A LIAR AND ACTS LIKE YOUR STUPID THEN THATS THE PART THAT REALLY RUINED IT FOR ME- TOTAL AMOUNT FOR ME AND MY GUEST WAS ALMOST $400 AND FOR THAT PRICE EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXCEPTIONAL AND ALMOST PERFECT AND I HAD PLANNED ON MAKING A APPOINTMENT FOR MY HUSBAND AND THEN ANOTHER FOR ME AND A FRIEND BUT JUST BY THE WAY THE RECEPTIONIST ACTED AND OVER A PETTI $20 I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK SO THE RECEPTIONIST JUST LOST THE OWNER A LOT OF MONEY AND I OWN MY BUSINESS SO I KNOW A LITTLE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HEADQUARTERS WAS HORRIBLE.

Spa?? Don't waste your time or money. I was Very disappointed in the amateur service I received, and the high price I paid for it! If I wanted a guy straight out of cosmetology school to do my hair, I'd go to supercuts! The worst haircut, mani/pedi & facial I have ever received. I'm new to Greenville, and if this place was voted one of the best, then I'd really hate to see the worst !

I guess I'll never know what it's like. I had scheduled an appointment for a couples massage for my husband and I as part of a getaway retreat to celebrate our wedding anniversary. 20 hours prior to our appointment the spa calls to cancel, without any compensation other to reschedule. Unfortunately their timing left me too late to cancel my hotel rooms and other reservations and not enough time to schedule alternate plans. They ruined my anniversary weekend and I will not be scheduling any future appointments there.

In their defense, their roof collapsed which caused the cancellation, but I did not find that fact any better reccomendation for this establishment.

Recently voted the best in the up-state. My two daughters, granddaughters and I have been having facials, hair, nails and health spa treatments at this spa for over 4 years. We have been to many prestigious spas throughout the south and North America. By far this spa has the best treatments and at reasonable prices. Everyone is very friendly and we have been treated royal.

Deluxe treatment and caring in ever hand in that spa.

Thank You so much Headquaters -- Brenda Hupfer, Fountain Inn, Sc -- we have moved from Ohio to Florida and back to SC -- believe me we have tried all the states inbetween and esp. a health spa in Florida that is international and you need a doctor's order to get in. Headquaters is by far the most luxurious!!!

very poor service.. The experience was terrilbe. I went in for a deluxe pedi and manicure which cost 120.00 and not worth it. the girl done such a poor job on me and the manager would not do anything about it. She told me that all she could do was to re paint them for me. It took the girl around an hour to do the job. You can get a better job done at the strip mall stores. they wouldn't refund my money and done nothing to make it right. the manager said that the owner was keeping the money and wasn't going to pay the girl for doing the job. I strongly recommend not going to this spa. Simply not worth the price you pay for the service or the customer service for that matter.

like a breath of fresh air amongst stuck up salons. I'll start off by saying that I've been to all of the salons downtown ever recommended to me and have never been pleased. Either my color was good but the cut was terrible or the other way around. It seemed like no one listened to what I was trying to say. I went to Headquarters on a whim. I've always seen the building, but never went in. I'VE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER! Such a great experience!! Angel made me feel comfortable and confident without being overly pushy and really educated me on how to take care of and style my hair at home. My color and cut has never looked better. Everywhere I go I get complimented. Not to mention she is a complete sweetheart! A truly genuine person with a great personality and lots of talent!

Best experience. I recently visited Headquarters salon to have my hair cut. Everyone there was so friendly they offered me a drink, and made me feel at ease. Bianca cut my hair, and did an amazing job ! My hair is very thick, so it's hard for me to find a good stylist. She took her time to make sur it was perfect ! I will definitely be back to Headquarters.
