I received the best service I have ever received at any dealership. I owe this to the service tech that handled my vehicle.

I understand when a few mistakes are made - everyone's human. But when things continually go wrong, something needs to change. On both the BMW and Mini side of the dealership service has been poor for a while. They have tried to swindle me out of hundreds of dollars on a lease return, when in fact I was in the right. Their service department has also been performing poorly. I would expect this from a used car dealership, but no one in the building seems to exhibit any sense of positive morale. Plus, I can never get anyone on the phone to check on the status of my car. This used to be a great place with people that cared about their job and plenty of staff to handle the needs of the customers. It has since devolved into Uncle Joe's Used Cars. Don't buy a car from here.
Incompetent = Century BMW Service.
I own two BMW's and going to Century is an adventure each and everytime I have to have work done on our cars. I have taken my wife's car in 6 TIMES for the SAME ISSUE over the course of TWO YEARS and they have yet to fix the issue. 6 TIMES!!!!!! The CPO expires in two days so if it isn't fixed this time I will not pay to have it fixed after the CPO expires. It cost me $50.00 per visit. I have paid $250 more then I should have because Century is incompetent in their job.
Three times I have had my car serviced they "forget" to reset the car to tell me the next time I need an oil change. REALLY? Is it really that hard to reset it? And to make an appointment? Gawd for bid you actually have to pick your phone up to talk to a customer. JOKE. I have decided to sell the cars because I am tired of dealing with Century.
Worst Service Department In The Country. They don't even know how to fix the simplest things. Mis-allignment caused me to blow two tires. Constantly bringing the car bak for the same problems, and simple ones, like light bulb failures, took 11 days to replace two bulbs. Small but very annoying problems. Can't get service people on the phone EVER. Inept is about the best word I can use to describe this dealership, and what a shame considering Greenville is BMW's North American Headquarters.
Service. I'm not sure what is going but it always seems the service department is understaffed. I don't feel real confident the work I ask for is really what I get.
