The jury is still out but I'm not feeling too confident.
I ordered glasses over a week ago and decided to call to check on their status (lenses has to be sent out to be made). I called and the person who answered came back saying they had no info other than the glasses were not back yet. The initial estimate was 2 weeks so there is still time but when I asked if they could check and get a better idea on if the glasses were going to arrive on time I was told "no".
Like a Three Ring Circus.
I realize that they are in business to make LOTS of money, but I felt like I was in a three ring circus or maybe a cattle drive. From the time I arrived I felt rushed to through the process. If they'd slow down just a little bit, they might actually get things right the FIRST time. They misplaced my order, then they cut the lenses on the next pair incorrectly, then they lost my wife's order TWICE. At some point, the "savings" they offer become secondary to the hassle. Just sayin'
