Disappointed w/ Toyota of Gville. I am so disappointed to write a negative review about this dealership, because the only other Toyota dealership is 10 times worse (I bought my vehicle from Greer). I stopped by today at 1pm to get an oil change, the service department closes at 3:30pm on Saturdays. The service doors were closed when I arrived at 1, and the service rep advised me that I could leave my vehicle and pick it up Monday. She said they had already met their limit for the day and were not taking in any more repairs for Saturday, even though it was STILL 1.5 hrs before close. All I wanted was an oil change. I advised the lady that I needed it done today and would have to go to another dealership, she said Good Luck. TOYOTA of Greer---hire more repairmen---WAKE up. Your service reps are sending your customers away 1.5 hrs before you close. HELLO?? Disappointing, love my Toyota, but hate dealing with dealerships!
