Loving the carpet. Jackie listened to us, answered our questions, and led us straight to the right carpet. We looked at several colors and styles, but ended up with the first one she recommended. It's better quality than we had expected to be able to afford, but still spent less than anticipated since it was a closeout pattern.

The installers were polite & worked fast. Our entire upstairs was finished in one day. Our only complaint was that three of our ceramic bathroom tiles, at the edge of the bathroom floor where it meets the carpet, were chipped and cracked during installation, and the installers left without telling us about it. It took a few phone calls and several days, but the installer came back to remove the broken tiles and replace them with extras we had on hand. We're happy with the repair job, are very pleased with the new carpet, and would buy from Michael's again.

You've got to see it to appreciate it!. I love this place! I am new in the Greenville area and needed new flooring for my new home. I saw their TV commercial on channel 4 or channel 7 and decided to give them a call. They were very friendly over the phone, came out and did a pre-measure of my house to make sure I got the right amount of flooring...and they did it for FREE! Thanks Jason! The store was easy to find. Just off Woodruff Road right beside interstate 85. I turned right beside AT&T on Old Country Road. Couldn't believe all the Big rolls of carpet and everything was in stock so I didn't have to order anything! Thanks to Chris who greeted me at the door, I found just what I was looking for. I also bought a beautiful Area Rug for my dining room for $149 dollars and it looks like a much more expensive one, don't tell! Love my new carpet and rug and plan to go back when I'm ready to redo my bedrooms. The prices are truely wholesale just like the name says. Me and my pocket book are so glad I found this place!

Can you say 100% satisfaction guarantee?!. I doubt any other carpet place would have done this for me! INFACT I am sure of it! I am just lilke any woman forever changing my mind...I chose my carpet, michaels installed (great installers by the way) , 3 weeks later i realized i could not live with the color i chose! Michael's gave me full credit for what I had purchased and I was able to choose another color. THIS IS 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

wonderful experience. I never thought shopping and purchasing flooring would ever be anjoyable until I stepped into michaels wholesale flooring. They have by far the best selection and price and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you get exactly what you want and treated me with utmost respect.with ashleys help I get comments on my carpet all the time. What a wonderful experience!

Great Experience. Have not looked for or bought floor covering in 15 years, I was very intimidated by the whole process. The folks at Michaels really made it easy and a smooth experience for me. Stress free! Definitely give them your business, you will not regret it!

Great Service. I found the staff here to be very knowledgeable and willling to assist in whatever way they could. We actually bought a carpet remnant and took it home with us. The warehouse staff was most accomodating in loading me out and making sure that I was safe to travel. I'd reccomend Michael's to anyone in the market for new floor covering.

Great buy. Me and my wife got a great deal on carpet and hardwood on our new home. We were pleased with the service and prices. We had a fabulous salesman named Shane that took care of the whole project from start to finish.

I highly recomend Michaels carpet.
