Not the best. The Kanpai "chefs" need to be trained in how to treat customers professionally and fairly. It's neither professional nor fair to give better service/larger portions to the cutest girls, to the biggest guys or to the person the chef thinks will be leaving the tip.

Outstanding Hibachi Experience, Great Sushi Too!!!. I've been a Japanese food lover for many years. I've been to every Japanese Restaurant in Greenville and feel that Kanpai of Tokyo is by far the best. Whether you want to experience getting your food cooked before you in a hibachi-style show, or relax at the sushi pub , you will walk about satisfied (and very full). Kanpai offers an Early Bird Special (not sure exact hours) and Happy Hour Prices that are the best in town. You can get your favorite sushi roll for a couple bucks. That is unheard of. Kanpai also expanded their sushi pub menu about a year ago and now offers some special treats not found on the main menu, such as Yaki Soba, or Beef Tataki. I highly recomend taking yourself or your entire family to lunch or dinner at Kanpai of Tokyo!
