Hit & Miss. Tony's has a ton of great fabric. Remember though this is not inexpensive fabric but high end/quality fabric.

When spending this kind of money you expect exceptional service.

This is HIT OR MISS at Tony's. Most the time it is a miss. When you walk through the door they have a look on their faces of 'oh no, another customer.'

I do my own sewing and so I don't have a workroom and space is limited.

Try to get them to cut even 3 cuts of 45yards and you would think you were holding them up with a machine gun! You figure it, 45 yards at an avg. cost of 20.00/yd is $900.00. Wouldn't you think they would be helpful. That is a good sale!!

(and they were very rude about it to boot)!

I went to another store and they happily did it! That is a good sale by any standard.

I always go their to look but am consistently disappointed in the service.

Terrible customer service!. When I asked for help finding some fabric they rudely pointed me in a direction instead of helping me. Will not gp back there!

Helpful Staff, Excellent Selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They help with deign ideas, coordination, and even some construction questions. They reccommend several local workrooms and upholsterers who do excellent quality work. WOW!! What a selection!! The racks of fabrics go on forever. If you can't find it at Tony's, I don't know where else you could look!!
