Used to be good

The gym equipment is decent and the classes are good, however the customer service is terrible and the general repair of the facility is not as good as it should be. There are cracked and broken tiles on the floor, showers that need to be cleaned, and always a few machines that are out of order. Minor fixes like re-attaching the basketball net to the backboard take days to get fixed while bigger repairs like the whirlpool (which seems to have problems quite frequently) can take weeks. Many times there are no workout towels available, and they do not provide shower towels at all. This used to be the premiere gym in Greenville, the management staff still has the premiere attitude and they charge premiere prices, but they are not providing premiere service.
