Terrible customer service. This guy has the most arrogant attitude. He is the one that actually makes the sandwiches (buzzed haircut). All within a minute's time or less was able to insult me and hurt my feelings. Very sarcastic man. I understand people can have a bad day, but if you're on the front line greeting customers and serving them, you should leave the attitude at home and don't take it out on the customers! The manager is extremely nice and got wind of what happened and tried to smooth it over and I appreciate that. But, you can't take back hurtful words. They cut like a knife. This guy needs to be put in his place. Get him out of the front line at work or fire him! He's bad for business. I know I won't be back just because of him. It's not worth it. Too bad because the BBQ is pretty good. The tea is great!
