Sharing charge???. I think it's ridiculous that I had to pay an extra dollar today because my Mom ate half of my sandwich!! It would be nice if Main Street Diner would be a little more sensitive to the current economic situation and people out of work (my husband included), instead of trying to get every extra dollar they can from their loyal patrons. Does it really cost a dollar to wash an extra plate? Apparently, even we had not requested an extra plate, we would still have been charged the dollar!! I know it's "only a dollar", but it's the principle.
