No charge for the extra.... I ordered take out last night & I must say it tasted great, UNTIL at the very end of the meal my husband found some sort of horrid BUG in the fried rice. Disgusting & Sickening! Chang An WAS a favorite of ours & now we will not return.

Great take-out, don't eat buffet. When you're in TR and you need some Chinese food to hit the spot, don't hesitate calling up Chang An and ordering to pick up. Delicious, not too greasy Lo Mein and perfect fried rice are great compliments to all of their dishes served hot.…
