The rudest and most unprofessional landlord every

Please do not rent from Everyln. She is a rude and unprofessional witch! I rented from her for 1 year and she was not friendly at all. She did not care about your situation with the rent, and I had a leakage in my water. She told me that she had a previous appointment, and would get to it whenever she could. I had kids and could not use my water! I would think that was an emergency. Worst living situation ever. The neighborhood was nice though

Avoid this company at all costs!

If you are already renting from this company, take lots of pictures & keep good records or they will steal your money when you leave & say the house was not clean. They do not come when they say they will for repairs unless you keep calling & calling... even then, repairs are done if you are lucky. I do not recommend them at all... I tried my best to be patient with Evelyn, but I think she has too many homes to handle & is grumpy as a result.

• Pros: The home was not bad.
• Cons: Slow service, poor attitude of manager, took $ that did not rightly belong to them.

Terrible Experience

I used to this comapny and it was the worse experience. Evelyn and her staff were rude the entire time of the rental contract. She never returned phone calls regarding repairs, etc. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This company is not concerned about the needs of the renters only collecting the rent. In order to succeed in a business a customer, client, renter, etc. should be treated with respect and professionlism- this company does not display any of that!

AVOID AT ALL COST

I have rented from Evelyn at Area Relocation. I would not recommend this company to anyone including my worst enemy. Repairs were requested but still not completed after a years time. She is very pushy and rude at times. God forbid you are late on a payment! Real life situations do not matter to her. Do yourself a favor and look further.

• Cons: The landlord, as well as a loud latino majority.

WARNING!!!! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! VERY DISHONEST!

If you are unfortunate enough to be forced to use this company, please protect yourself. Submit any repair requests in writing and keep a copy for your own files. Make sure you include a date on the request. On the copy you keep for yourself make notes as to who you gave the request to and what time/date you delivered it. I would suggest you deliver it in person and take your copy with you and have whoever you hand it to sign your copy. It would be to your benefit to use your cell phone whenever you need to call them about something so you will have a permanent record of it. When you move out make sure you take detailed photos of the home the way you are leaving it. When you return the keys, make sure you have your forwarding address written down and give them that at the same time. I would recommend that you write a statement saying how many keys you are returning and what they go to and the fact that you are providing your forwarding address. Take this statement with you and MAKE SURE you have whoever accepts the keys and address sign off on this statement. Keep this statement until you have received your deposit back or a detailed list of what the deposit was used for. This company has a bad habit of taking longer than the 30 days allowed by the landlord/tenant law to return the deposit or advisment. You should know that after 30 days they are NOT allowed to withhold ANY of your deposit. Good luck!

I was anxious about entrusting my home to strangers, but Evelyn walked me through every step off the process and after such success with my original property, I have added more investment properties to my portfolio all managed by Area Relocation.
