contact local law enforcement - 864-271-5210 to see how this place ranks- HIGH crime rate - it's a shame these repeat thug offenders don't' get stiffer sentences. They make places like Boulder CR*CK Apartments a bad place to live. I suppose it's cheaper for the the county of Greenville to keep sending waves of officers there every day than to set up a 24/7 manned presence there. They'll probably set up a 8 hour a day "feel good" office. It's a shame apartment complexes don't suffer the same consequences as local businesses do when there are many calls to their addresses (the businesses' business license is revoked and they have to close down). Of course like many scourges of society, they'd just set up shop somewhere else and the hard working and lazy but innocent of crimes poor who can only afford Boulder CR*CK Apartments will suffer.
